Cervical Spondylosis

Cervical Spondylosis is a common age-related condition affecting the bones, discs, and joints of the neck. It is often associated with gradual changes in the cervical spine that can develop over time due to normal wear and tear. Some people may have these changes without experiencing symptoms, while others may develop neck pain, stiffness, reduced movement, headaches, or symptoms that extend into the shoulders and arms.

At Rapid Recovery Physio, we provide individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs designed to address your symptoms, improve movement, build physical strength, and support better day-to-day function.

What Is Cervical Spondylosis

The cervical spine consists of seven vertebrae that support the head and allow the neck to move in different directions. Between the vertebrae are discs that help absorb load and provide cushioning.

Over time, changes can occur in the cervical spine, including changes to the discs and joints. These changes are commonly referred to as cervical spondylosis.
