Frozen Shoulder
Frozen Shoulder, medically known as Adhesive Capsulitis, is a condition that causes pain, stiffness, and significant restriction in shoulder movement. It can make everyday activities such as reaching overhead, dressing, combing your hair, lifting objects, or reaching behind your back difficult.
At Rapid Recovery Physio, we provide personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs designed to help improve shoulder mobility, manage symptoms, restore strength, and support a gradual return to normal activities.
What Is Frozen Shoulder
The shoulder is a highly mobile joint that allows the arm to move in many directions. In frozen shoulder, the tissues surrounding the shoulder joint can become irritated, thickened, and stiff, resulting in restricted movement.
Frozen shoulder can develop gradually and may progress through different stages. The severity and duration can vary considerably between individuals.
