Lumber Spondylosis
Lumbar Spondylosis is a common condition involving age-related and degenerative changes in the lower (lumbar) region of the spine. It can affect the discs, vertebrae, and joints of the lower back and may contribute to pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and difficulty performing everyday activities.
At Rapid Recovery Physio, we provide personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs designed to help individuals improve movement, develop strength, manage symptoms, and return to their normal activities with greater confidence.
What Is Lumbar Spondylosis
The lumbar spine consists of five vertebrae in the lower part of the back. These structures help support the body, absorb loads, and allow movements such as bending, turning, and walking.
Over time, normal wear and tear can cause changes to the discs and joints of the spine. These changes are commonly described as lumbar spondylosis.
